Hi team, Does anyone know if the Radiator fan comes on when charging either using Chademo or Type 2 charging. I have currently wired it up to fused busbar that only gets power when the ignition is switched on and works when driving, but not sure about charging, should i wire it to an always on power source?

You should wire it so that it can turn on during charging, but it won't turn on during chademo charging since no power converson happens then ( so no loss that heats up the PDM / OBC). So instead of wiring from ignition you should wire it directly to the 12V. However for most ev conversions the fan never turns on because not that much heat is generated either when driving or charging
