Car won't move or charge! VC-73?

I have a Lotus 7 converted with a Leaf battery and motor and a Resolve controller. It has worked beautifully for over a year. Last week I hit a bump quite sharply and the car would not drive. Battery jumped down from 96% to 80% on the display. I turned it off and towed it home. Now I can't find the problem.
LeafSpy shows four errors:
CHARGER B2880 F/S charge relay VC-73
HV BATTERY CAN error EVB-102
HV BATTERY Bypass Sw EVB-81
HV BATTERY Cell over discharge Module 42 EVC-127I thought module 42 was the problem. I found it and took it out. It only showed 4V (4V on one side and 0V on the other). I replaced it with a new one which had good voltage, but still have the same error. If I clear these errors they all come back.
If I plug in the AC charger, the display shows 0.0kW even after the wall charger believes it is charging successfully.
If I turn the car on it looks perfectly normal: Resolve splash screen, pump starts, then battery and gear display. I can move into D, but pressing the pedal does nothing.
I thought the voltage measurement wires might be the problem, but LeafSpy is able to measure each module, so I don't think that can be the case (?)
Does anyone have any ideas which of these codes might cause this behaviour, or what I might try next?!

I thought I would update this in case anyone else has a similar problem. Since the first post, I took out the new module 42, and it too has the same problem (4V one side, 0V the other side). It had also expanded. So the car is damaging the batteries.
I think the problem is the voltage measurement wires between the battery and the BMS. I found a short between the monitoring terminal on module 42 and the positive terminal on module 43. This makes me think perhaps module 42 is being overcharged when the charger is connected. I had to extend these monitoring wires when I built the car, so perhaps now a few years later this short has happened and is causing the problem.
I haven't totally fixed it yet, but I think this might be the key. I have got the extended wires out and when time allows I will search for the short then rebuild the extended wires.
