Hi! I would recommend being concise in your emails and not sending 14 emails in the span of 2h. It does not really make it easier for me to help you. To focus on what I think the issue is and as I wrote to you via email. The last console log you sent showed that the leaf BMS think's the packs voltage is 511V which i suspect is due to the voltage sensor is disconnected or not functioning properly. I would focus on solving that

In three different setups the profiling, drilling, pocket milling, and tapping for both sides was complete. After machining, two 10mm locator pins were pressed into circular pockets made in the plate. These are the pins that will fit into the Leaf motor face. Similarly, pockets were milled on the Corvair side to make a transition fit with the locator pins in the bell housing.

Pictures are always good. Please post! Single biggest time sink for me was the complication of more than 1 battery box. I don’t know LR architectures, but if you can consolidate to only 2 instead of 3 you’ll appreciate it.

@Sebbe1337, yeah, that's the plan. Since the torque box I found is expensive, it's also good for weight balance.

Hi Moha, the progress is not that fast. I started about a year ago. Its not much left to do, but I'm just sharing what I did here whenever I have some time. Ground clearance changed a bit. But the lowest part isnt the battery pack. Its the engine stack. Despite the height of the battery pack it itsnt the lowest point as there is so much space for the gas cyliners. They have a diameter of 30cm. [image: 1765709896866-20250331_140604-resized.jpg] To increase the ground clearance I changed the springs. The multipla had 30mm lowered Novitec springs. They were a bit old as well, so it was more than 30mm lowered. Now it got stronger springs from diesel/natural gas versions plus additional springs at the back to compensate the additional weight on the rear axel due to the battery pack. Here the old setup [image: 1765709904853-20250313_194959-resized.jpg] old vs new [image: 1765709918937-20250325_165856-resized.jpg] and the new setup [image: 1765709931562-20250313_194950-resized.jpg]
